Can I rent a vehicle with a photocopy or photo of my driver's license?
No, we need a physical, valid driver's license to be able to rent you a vehicle. We accept foreign and domestic driver's licenses as well.

Do you accept debit cards, prepaid cards, or gift cards?

Do you offer parking for my vehicle?
Yes, you can park in our lot while you have our vehicle out.

Are you going to charge my credit card before my rental?
We will instacharge your card for a minimum of $1000 before we release a vehicle to you. That money may be unavailable to you for up to 30 days, especially when you use a debit card.

Do I need a CDL to drive the rental trucks?
No, all of our rental vehicles can be driven with a regular driver's license.

Can I pay extra for unlimited mileage?
We do not offer unlimited mileage on any rentals. For our mileage allowances, see our RATES page.

Can I pay for a rental but have someone else pick it up?
Yes, if an account is set up beforehand (by completely filling out and emailing us a credit authorization form, which can be found on our RENTAL FORMS page), then you can send a different driver to pick it up. Will I receive an email confirmation of my reservation or my charges after a rental is returned?
Our practice is to automatically send emails to the email on file for an account. However, you can always call us at 404-855-5551 and specifically ask us for an email of a reservation or a receipt to be sent to a specific address.

Can I make a reservation online?
We do not have an online booking system. Please call us at (800) 841-0291 to check availability and to make or change existing reservations. Our line is available 24 hours a day. Do I have to fill my vehicle with gas before I return it?
We mark down the gas level when you pick up and drop off your vehicle. If you return it with less gas than what it originally had, we will charge you.
